Following the surveillance visit carried out by the certification body RINA SIMTEX, TELENERGIA EUROPE has obtained the quality certification according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 for its services. The certification of new processes to guarantee and protect customers continues in this way.
The project to adapt the Quality System to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard for the various services was particularly significant and was developed in three fundamental steps: the definition of organisational processes, risk analysis and the definition of countermeasures relating to the risks inherent in the reference processes.
During the inspection days, the RINA SIMTEX audit team confirmed good practices such as standardising activities, risk-based thinking, measuring quality and work, and involving staff.
The certification process will continue during 2019 with the aim of extending quality certification to all TELENERGIA EUROPE’s organisational processes.
